Kensington’s Leadership, Education, and Development (LEAD) Program

The purpose of this program is to instill the skills of mentorship, planning, leadership, strategic thinking and initiative, as well as creative and innovative thinking into leaders by mentoring agent teams assigned to them.

Program Highlights

  • Agents work with the Designated Broker in teams of no more than three to build upon the knowledge acquired in the Income Gap program.
  • Development Team Leaders in the program are given extensive training in mentorship, leadership, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, public speaking, and more.
  • Agents who thrive in the program and build their team to capacity based on transactional volume can break off and form their own independent LEAD team.

Program Commissions

Agents are paid a portion of an 80% commission split. The broker who procures the transaction receives the larger portion of the team commission split. Teams begin with the Designated Broker and one team member. Another member can be added once transactional volume requirements are met.
